This is not the normal state of our product. If you received a “stale” product it could be caused by many things. Instead of trying to figure out where along the process the crisp lost its crisp, lets focus on the solution. The simple solution in to place the crisps in the oven at 350 degrees F between 4-6 minutes. Remove them from the oven and allow to cool.
